Outline traditionally has two types of tickets available, the day ticket and the full ticket. Day tickets are offered to people who would love to come to Outline. but aren't capable of attending the full event.

However, full tickets come with a number of benefits to those attending the attend for more than just a day. Sleeping facilities are made available, and the next day, after a nice rest, you can tuck into a complementary brunch. Another benefit is the €10 discount you can get by pre-ordering your ticket.

Pre-ordering is highly encouraged. Not just because of the discount, but it helps boost our pre-party budget -so we have more cash to splurge on making beer cheaper and AV equipment even more powerful.

  1. Beds are facilitated to guests with full tickets only. If you intend to stick around long enough to need a comfy bed, you might want to consider a full ticket anyway.
  2. Day tickets are only available at the door. However, Full tickets can be pre-ordered for a €10 discount

Ordering tickets

There are four simple ways to pre-order your tickets:

  1. Bank transfer (this is the preferred option)

  2. Pay cash to Havoc or Skrebbel (if you somehow meet them well before the party starts)

  3. Fee-less PayPal. For PayPal to PayPal (fee-less) transfers, pay to: pvrijn [atsign] hotmail.com

    Please do not attempt to use the above PayPal address to pay with a credit-card! This would force us to upgrade the account to a business-account that does not accept any free transfers, and we're definitely not accepting that.

  4. Credit/debit card PayPal. For credit/debit card to PayPal (fee-based) transfers, pay to: havoc [atsign] outlinedemoparty.nl

    Please add enough money to your transfer to cover the 3,4% + €0,35 EUR PayPal fee. For example, to pay a €45 ticket, you would have to transfer €46,95. You can use this address for PayPal to PayPal payments too, but the above fee still applies.

Important information

  • Please note: pre-ordering closes April 22nd 2010 (one week before the start of the party). From the 23rd onward and at the door, the full price of €55,- applies. This means that if your transfers are not in on April 22nd, you are not entitled to the €10,- discount. If the money does arrive before April 28th, however, then you can just pay the difference between the transferred amount and the full price at the door for a ticket.
  • If you do a bank transfer in anything other than Euros, please ensure that you add a sufficient sum to cover exchange fees. If you're unsure about this figure, just royally mark up the amount of cash. We will refund the difference at the partyplace (in either euros or beers).
  • Please mention as much information as you can about the names, nicks and e-mail adresses of the people you are ordering tickets for in your transfer statement.
  • If you can, please register when you pay a ticket, so that everybody knows who bought what. If you already registered earlier, please mail to tickets10@outlinedemoparty.nl that you paid or plan to pay and how we can identify your payment easier.
  • After receiving your payment, we will update your registration status on the website to "ticket", and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please note that Havoc does not F5 his bank account at every conceivable moment, so the confirmation may take a few days to arrive.

When all else fails

If (and only if) really none of the above options are possible for you, you can "pre-order" your ticket and still get the discount. In this case, please get in touch before April 15th, 2010 and we'll work something out.

Money back guarantee

Should you for some reason be unable to attend the party, please contact us as soon as possible so we can relist your place (bed reservation, etc) to someone else. We will refund you the full amount we received minus any fees that were deducted by third parties (PayPal, bank, etc). If you do not contact us at least three days before the party starts (April 26th), we cannot guarantee we will be able to refund you (but we will still be inclined to do so if circumstances allow us to). If you do not request your refund until after the party has started, your request will not be accepted.
